Hello everyone! In this movie I will show you how to start and stop the PureBilge. First, if you want to start it, you should wear the correct personal protection equipment. That means the ear protections and the safety shoes. Also you need to be aware that this machine is a high speed rotating machine. So it is actually quite potentially dangerous so it needs to have been assembled correctly per the manual recommendations. Also, before I start, you need to ensure that you have the proper water supply to the machine. Air supply, power supply of course and also that your oil level is good on the separator. Now that all this is said, we can launch the machine. So first you push the green button to start the starting sequence, then it will empty the sludge removing kit, sludge tank, by using the sludge pump there. Then you can start the feed pump by pressing again the green button. Once the feed pump is started, you can start the heater by pressing again the green button. It might take some time for the temperature to stabilize. When the temperature is correct, then you can start the separator by pressing again the green button. This will take some time for the separator to start, because it will ramp up from 0 to 8000 rpm. Once the separator is started, then you can start the separation sequence that means sending the fluid to the machine by pressing again the green button. Now the separator will prepare for the separation, it will close the bowl and after that it will build up back pressure of 5.8 bars. When the back pressure is good it will start sending sampling flow to the oil content meter. When the sample is sent to the oil content meter, then you can see that the flow switch here is showing a value. The oil content meter take some time to stabilize. When it's stabilized, then you can say that you have finished the starting sequence. When the machine is fully running and you have low ppm, then you can start overboard discharge by pressing this button. Now you need to enter the password to authorize the discharge overboard. Then you will see the V5 valve, overboard valve, moving. During overboard discharge sequence, if there is any alarm occurring, then the V5 valve will switch to recirculation. When the machine is running you can change the feed flow by going into the third page of the menu, then pressing enter, changing the flow rate. Now, when you have to stop the machine you need just to press the red button. Then the separator will initiate the discharge and then it will slowly decrease the rotation speed until it's standing still. It´s advised that you are flushing the module with some fresh water before stopping it in case you have some corrosive bilge water. It's advised that you stop with the red button here instead of using the emergency shutdown button, because then the proper flushing and discharge sequence of the bowl will be done, so you will not risk to have vibration at restart.
